Automated returns and warehouse operations

We built AI-driven tools, voice interfaces, and AR-powered shelf tracking to reduce return-processing backlogs and unlock new resale opportunities for Amazon sellers.

Problem

Amazon sellers faced difficulties processing product returns due to sudden high-volume spikes, and they struggled to file claims with Amazon for shipment errors or incorrect labeling. There was also a lack of tools to enable the resale of returned inventory across other marketplaces.

Challenge

Warehouses were overwhelmed with stored inventory from returns, resulting in a huge backlog. The client needed a way to efficiently clear this backlog and monetize the returned products.

Our Solution

We developed an advanced reporting system that alerts staff about incoming deliveries and return volumes in real time. We also created AI-based tools allowing warehouse workers to interact with the system via voice commands, improving hands-free efficiency. Additionally, we introduced an augmented reality (AR) glasses solution that lets workers scan warehouse shelves and instantly view profit margins and inventory details through voice feedback or an AR display. These innovations together streamlined the returns process and made it possible to resell returned items on secondary markets.
